Off Season Training - Week 2 Day 4....

I put everyone through Sumo rep hell tonight. I pretty much feel that none of them will able to funtion to orrow properly....

I have each of my lifters pull the opposite of what they normally pull during the off season. This way I know they are putting in work, feeling uncomfortable and getting stronger while doing it. Everyone at our gym pulls conventional except 2 lifters. So I make them pull conventional during the off season as well. All of them hate the change but it has always been effective in making them each all around stronger.
