Did I tell you that I hated deadlifting? Did I also tell you that I hate deadlifting sumo even more? But I'm hanging in there doing the best that I can. I am truly relearning how to deadlift. 1 I am now practicing on pulling sumo 2. I am pulling in canvas for the first time. 3. My distain for deadlifting has increased ten fold. LOL!

In some odd ways at times it's a little fun and aggravating learning something new, but I think with time, a little bit of effort and some real dedication this may pay off in the long run. But as the old saying goes.... only time will tell.

Now that I am on my journey to a 1,000 pound squat and learning a new way of deadlifting these new challenges in the gym are pushing me harder than I have pushed myself in a long time. There is a silver lining in all this though, I am not only putting myself through this new found punishment, I have every single one of my teammates at Team Nebobarell pulling sumo as well lol! That does make me smile a a little bit and make it a little easier.
