The decline was pushing my pinkie toes through the rapidly growing holes in my wrestling shoes which was pissing me off - time for new shoes.

I was in a crappy mood and getting worse at this point so I called it for the day.  I'm glad I modified training to be less and quicker.  I will probably continue this all week leading up to my deload (which I should probably just start early, but I'm not doing this time because I already have stuff planned out leading up to my next competition in a few weeks and my brain couldn't handle thinking about it today).
