Only time for 1 midweek session

I usually train on Wednesday and Thursday because it fits in my work schedule. Unfortunately this week something came up on Thursday at the last minute and I wasn't able to train. Not a big deal but frustrating.

worked up to 5 sets of 10 steps per leg holding 75-pound dumbbells


Good Mornings - used buffalo bar

used 185 for 5 sets of 8 reps


dimel deadlifts

135 for 3 sets of 20 reps


band walks -

short mini band around feet for 2 trips of 50 feet
