Block 2, Week 2, Day 1 - Assistance @ RIC YMCA

No events this weekend because I had plans with my family in Richmond and I couldn't train early enough to do events so we went to the Y and I did my assistance day a day early.

SG Cable Rows/Fwd Heel Taps (6" box)

15x120/---

10x140/10ea x BW

10x160/10ea x 10

10x180/10ea x 25

The added height of the box was a little much on my left calf with adding in additional wight by the last set.

Triceps Pushdowns/Single Leg Seated Calf Raise

2x{10x80/15ea x 25}

10x90/15ea x 25 - This last set I felt like I went a little too hard and my left calf was hurting more at the end.  I may be an idiot.

KB Complex

2 rounds with 2x35 lb KBs
