As I gear up for my millionth round of attempting to Ok but no seriously, I feel okay again and I've been doing bunches of stretches.  I had deadlifted 225 about 2 weeks ago and had been hurting a little bit from that - always learning from mistakes. Everytime I think I'm okay I'm actually not, as in, I can deadlift something and feel fine at the gym and then I leave and the next day I can't get out of bed.  Clearly whatever this is, is muscle....we already knew that though.  SO, slower progression next time and....patience.
