The last few weeks have been a whirlwind. With work being super busy and my training sessions being long, it has been hard to find much time to do much else. I am sorry for the lack of updates -  a lot going on, including working on some new articles for thr site on mobility. So much to do, such limited time to do it!!

I had impinged my left hip so my lifting has been more minimalist this week. No heavy squats since I don't want to risk injury before the tournament.
