This was a pretty disappointing day of pressing, but at least 300 was still easy. Also, I do historically press better when I clean it first. That's what I get for being a slothful dingdong.

Loaded the DBs correctly this week and was massively better at floor press than I have been so far this block thanks to rapid neuromuscular adaptation to a known movement pattern.
