Block 8, Wave 3 - BP

My schedule is going to be screwy the next 2 weeks due to finals.  I'll most likely make next week a deload since I have 2 finals on M, T, TH and one on W.  After that fall semester will be over and I have a short break before starting my winter clinical affiliation across the bridge.  Pressing felt like garbage today, plausibly caused by lack of recovery of my shoulder stabilizers from maxing snatch yesterday at RMU.  As such, I worked multiple shorter sets to get my desired bench volume rather than pushing to failure.
