Post surgery plans and goals for 2017

With this minor pause in my training and lifting goals. I've set out some plans for the new year.

1. My biggest goal is to pass the ground to standing assessment. Anyone that has a taken DTS training or has been in the personal training field for a while, has probably seen this test. A person from standing sits on the floor under control and stands back up with out the use of their hands. It's rated in a 10 point scale. Last time I performed it, I got a 3. My IP for this goal is to work 4 days a week on mobility as mine is beyond shit. I will also being working on controlling my weight as sweet baby jesus I'm having an easy time putting weight on haha. I will retest at the end of every month to see where I am at.

2. Competitions. I will compete in 2017. But as of right now, I don't know when. I will say it will not be before June.
3. Career: In a word, Progression. I need to make some better strides to further my own career. It is on me. I feel like I should be ahead of where I am right now. The reason that I am where I am is me. More so, my excuses that I have made.

Those will be gone from now. No more looking back and saying only if or I could have but... ect.

To progress in the Personal Training world, I will be focusing on taking educational courses in the assessment field. Including the course that JL Holdsworth does!

Thanks for reading this really difficult year for me and my family! Let me know in the comments what your 3 priorities are for 2017
