I currently just came off from competing at the 2016 APF Equipped Nationals. While I didn't have the best showing, I'm now focusing on some recovery and getting away from the heavier weights for about 4 weeks. I'll then transition into my strength phase to begin preparing for WPC World's in hopes to claim my first world championship.
