Block 7, Wave 2 - BP

Well, I felt like trash today after training events yesterday.  Not a good day to go "heavy" and while I realize my recovery is most definitely sub par, I am pretty sure my bench has jumped off a cliff without a chute.  We will see where I am in 2-3 weeks and adjust programming if needed.
