I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Due to MLK Day, the university was closed, and the rec was on some weird hours, so my normal client schedule was a bit weird. So with some of my down time I opted to get my training session in at the rec. The weather is so damn cold here (about 5-10 degrees, with a sub zero windchill) that I didn't really want to heat up the garage to get in a 30 minute session. So I'm going to hit my grip work on Tuesday instead. Just a fun little day getting more blood flow going and building up some specific weak areas. Overall a fun session, and I got in some curls. So that was new.

1 round - I felt just like blowing up my biceps before leaving. Guilty.
