I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1769 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'll be lifting at an APF meet in Chicago this December to wrap up the year. 

Quick one last night at Powerhouse doing some lower body accessories.

Leg Press - 5 plates, "rep build up" to a set of 9. 1 rep, 3 count rest, 2 reps, 3 count rest..... to 9 reps.

Leg Press - Piston squat style, short range of motion not locking out and not all the way down. 2 x 20 with 5 plates a side.

Goblet Squat - I don't remember the weight! Did these heals elevated for 3 x 15

Leg Extension - Build and then strip set. Started with just a plate and added 25s every 6 reps. Did a total of 9 sets straight.

Leg Curl - A few sets for some reps. I really don't remember, it was pretty mindless. I just did what Ryan did until he was done.
