I went down to Unique Fitness to train with my buddy Bruce Mason since he was getting ready for his last squat workout before the 10/29 RPS Lexen Xtreme meet in Columbus, Ohio. Although I didn't partake in the gear whoreness that is usually going around at Unique, I still wrapped a mean ass knee wrap. I had my own little squat rack in the main gym where I was doing some raw squats in sleeves. I must say I was looking forward to how shitty these were going to feel since I'm so used to the feedback from my briefs or squat suit. Didn't go too horrible. Just letting my body get used to all the rawness again. I brought plenty of vaseline...
