There isn't any fancy math or programming behind the number. 600 is just the weight that I want to still be able to do any day as long as I'm focusing on just deadlift. I don't want to let my squat strength fade away, but I also still want to keep a a strong base line. I have still been able to recover in time for deadlifts at 600lbs, I think if I tried to go any more it would effect my pulls
