I'm still training raw but working up the weight and doing some singles today.

 

box squats with SS Yoke bar - box set 1/2 inch above parallel

worked up doing triples to 510

600 for  a single

690 for a single

reduced the weight to 225 for 1 set of 10 reps

 

stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts - stood on 10 prime wedges

worked up 130 for 2 sets of 8 reps

 

Things felt good and moved well today.
