..As I catch up my logs from the past few weeks, I have a lot of positives to reflect on as I've been in my first month of my new job. Every day my confidence is solidified that this was a great move professionally and personally. I love my new staff and there are a lot of great opportunities for growth of our Program here that I can already see.

With all that said, it's definitely been a busy month haha, and I could feel it catching up with me mid-August. The past week I think things have settled in a little more and I've been able to get a little more rest. Training is picking up steam and I'm excited for the months ahead.. More on the direction of training here soon..
