Not much. But, it's a start to a new goal!

I'm finally getting back to walking normal after my knee scoping. This time around my knee was a lot more fucked up than last time. Last time I walked out of the hospital and was good to go 3 days later.

Today's first session

Body weight squats with TRX ssw/ Push ups

10 sets of 10 squats and 15 push ups

I was having a hard time right above parallel with crazy pain just above my knee in the quad. It was there for all ten sets. I was able to better prepare for it in the later sets, but it was still there.

The push ups were great for my shoulders. I was shaking like crazy in my right shoulder. This will be good for my benching in the long run.
