My training highlights from month one of three as I prep for Relentless MN. Month one is all raw work and I have made a huge change regarding this first month. For the first time in about five years I have taken out AR on my main sets and switched to straight weight. I am taking the advice from Shane Sweatt about fortifying my strength in all areas and not just getting efficient at lifting in one avenue.
