If you follow me at all, then you probably realize I've been out of the game. However, I've definitely been making some significant progress as of late. When I left PT (due to being out of visits for the year), my PT had me doing squats with bands around my hips to get my glutes to activate. WELL, I'm happy to report as of today, the bands are GONE. Well, kind of anyway.
