 My Swiss Bar floor press work seems to be going rather well and feeling better each week. I'm going to go for a hard set of 10 in two weeks to see where I stand and how this new wave that I'm playing with goes. The back training afterwards was great though. I'm going to have to change up my days that I train just a tad due to scheduling stuff with my wife and the gym, so my Thursday's will likely be an off day and I'll be training Wednesday instead. Not a major issue, but I liked being in on Thursdays with my wife.
