After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 This rep effort day is going to be a bit controlled on what weights I use. For the first week I opted to keep my floor press on the lighter side of things. Next week I'll up the weight a decent bit, and the same for the third week. After that I'll assess if I can make another jump or not and just go from there. Overall, the back training went really well though.
