Block 10, Wave 3 - Snatch/Assistance I @ Iron Strong CF

I got my training in between classes today, but had to cut it a little short as a result.  No big deal though since I did everything that was most important and learned a few things in the process.

4x1x220 - I only hit my first one.  The second one I blatantly missed forward, the third one I thought I had, but I dropped it when I went to stand up, and the fourth one I added my belt and wrist wraps and it felt so light/I moved so fast that I launched myself backward when I went to stand up.

Snatch Complex (lift off, pause BK, hang power snatch, 2xOHSQ)

1x165 - My hang power snatches were getting increasingly fugly so I am not going up any heavier until I can wrap my brain around how to move better.

Sled Bear Crawls

10x100' x sled + 90 - I forgot to bring my Spud harness today so I just chained myself to the sled with my belt.  These went downhill fast in terms of my movement speed.
