Another great day for a Team Nebobarbell lifter competing at The SPF/GPC World Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Samantha Jo Snowder competed in the 123 weight class women's open raw full power division with 11 competitor's competeing. Samantha went 3 for 3 on the squats hitting a 15 pound PR of 220.25 pounds. Samantha went 2 for 3 on the bench-press hitting a 5 pound PR of 105 pounds. Sam went on to finish the day going 2 for 3 on the deadlift hitting a 4 pound PR of 254 pounds. Sam also had a PR total of 579 pounds! She finished in 4th place in her division and represented Team Nebobarbell to the fullest! We are so proud of you Snowette!....
