I had a cold this week so I didn't do any mid-week training. I just slept as much as I could between work shifts. I did start feeling better on Saturday so I headed to the gym.

buffalo bar box squats - box set at parallel

145 for 2 sets of 15 reps

235 for 2 sets of 15 reps

325 for 2 sets of 15 reps

415 for 1 set of 15  reps

4 trips of 30 feet with a short mini band around feet

 

I felt okay just breathing was more difficult than it should have been.
