Headed to the compound today to do some squatting. Here is how things went.

 

Warm-ups

Stationary bike (3 minutes), rumble roller, band pull aparts, Indian club swings

 

Squats – parallel box – Ace briefs

Worked up to 600 for a triple

 

Deadlifts

Worked up doing triples to 545 for a triple

 

Reverse hypers

140 for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

 

Squats moved well but I am still favoring my right side slightly. It appears to be happening at the reversal of the weight. The twisting issue I had has been corrected by making sure my foot placement is even.
