Lifting weights and all the curls!

Finally back in the gym after a brutal week of being super sick. Knowing that I have a meet coming up I wanted to get back in a try to get the blood flowing everywhere before testing my knee on Sunday.

I did 1 set of 20 reps for the following movements:

  1. DB shoulder press
  2. Bicep curls
  3. Tricep push downs
  4. Chest press machine (I love this thing)
  5. Seated rows
  6. Walking lunges
  7. Calf raises
  8. Hamstring curls
  9. Back extensions
  10. John Meadows ab thingy with rope. I actually had to do 2 sets of 10 because these were rough
  11. Facepulls

Didn't take that long and I used heavy enough weight that it was a challenge to do 20 reps. I will be adding this in periodically for those days when I don't want to do anything.
