Squats felt awful. I was having trouble firing and felt really tight. I chose not to follow the program for those reasons.

 

Back attach

2 plates for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Hypers

bodyweight for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

I think today was bad due to lack of sleep, stress and probably a little bit of dehydration.
