Headed to the compound to do some benching today. My hands and forearms are a bit fatigued and swollen from wrapping knees and tugging on gear yesterday at the meet. I’m glad it’s not deadlift day. Training broke down like this…

Stationary bike, band pull aparts, rumble roller, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Dumbbell press

Worked up to 140’s for 8 reps

 

Chest supported rows - barbell

Worked up to 185 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Front chain raises

1 chain for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

That was enough for me today. Super tired….
