2. Squats
- Worked up to 315 for 3 reps - Raw
- put on Ace briefs 405 for 2 reps
- 495 for a single
- put on Ace suit straps down 585 for a single
- 675 for a single
- put straps up - first time in 2 years- 730 for a single
- 780 for a single
3. Deadlifts
- 315 for 4 sets of 1 rep.
3. Reverse Hypers
- 2 sets of 12 reps with 140.
5. Hanging Leg Raises
- 2 sets to failure
I was pleasantly surprised at how well the squats went today. I was a little nervous being the first time I have went full gear with straps up in 2 years but everything held tight.
