  • Hip rotations, leg raises, band pull aparts, Indian club swings

2.  Squats

  • Worked up to 315 for 3 reps - Raw
  • put on Ace briefs 405 for 2 reps
  • 495 for a single
  • put on Ace suit straps down 585 for a single
  • 675 for a single
  • put straps up - first time in 2 years- 730 for a single
  • 780 for a single

3. Deadlifts

  • 315 for 4 sets of 1 rep.

3. Reverse Hypers

  • 2 sets of 12 reps with 140.

5. Hanging Leg Raises

  • 2 sets to failure

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the squats went today. I was a little nervous being the first time I have went full gear with straps up in 2 years but everything held tight.
