Everything is feeling good except for my left shoulder, which was starting to get irritated with all the training I did for the viking press at worlds.  That is why I did the bottoms up presses today and why I kept the weight lighter on the incline DBB.  First event day where I can train whatever I want tomorrow and I can't wait.
