This was a secondary back workout that I performed this past Saturday morning at Kirkland Gold’s Gym with Christina.  The workout was simple in execution using multiple EliteFTS attachments and accessories.  We did a massive giant set consisting of four exercises.  Here is what it looked like…




#1: MAG Close Grip Supinate x 12 reps with 130lbs

#2: 4” Grenade Straight Arm Pulldown x 12 reps with 100lbs


Grenade Attachment:


#3:  MAG Medium Grip Neutral x 10 reps with 120lbs


MAG attachment:


#4: T-Bar Rows x 12 reps with 35lbs added


T-Bar attachment:


*Perform the Giant Set for a total of 5 rounds.  Stretch each lat individually for 15-20 seconds immediately following the completion of each round.  Rest another 60 seconds and repeat.  You should have a massive pump in your lats after this workout.  Remember this is a secondary workout so don’t train to failure.
