Being able to training at the compound whenever I like is a privilege and an honor. I'm very fortunate and in a good place in life.

Indian Club swings, band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press

worked up to 70's for 5 sets of 12 reps

 

barbell bench

170 for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

chest supported t-bar row machine

worked up doing sets of 12 to 4 plates for 3 sets of 12 reps

drop set of 2 plates for 20 reps

 

single are standing dumbbell military press

35 for 3 sets of 15 reps (alternating w/o rest)
