Lily and I headed to the compound after taking the weekend off from training. It was a great weekend and I am fortunate to be with her.

warm-ups

hip rotations, rolling, Indian club swings

 

hack squats

worked up doing sets of 10 to 5 plates per side for 3 sets of 10 reps

3 plates per side for 20 reps

 

back attack machine

3 plates for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

We were out of time there but I had one heck of a pump!
