My Sis Shelly has been on a PR killing spree her last 4 meets, all in 2017. She has competed in women's super heavy weight and women's 198 weight classes and in the open and master divisions this year.
Shelly has also achieved her Pro Open Elite Total for the 198 weight class and the SHW weight class and achieved her Pro Master Elite Total for the 198 weight class and the SHW weight class as well. That is 4 Pro Elite totals in all, in 4 meets and all done this year! Killing it!
Shelly is a wife, mother, teacher, mentor and still finds time to train, take care of herself and enjoy something for herself. She has no excuses! Shelly is a natural leader and she leads by example. Her dedication to her husband, her children, her job, her training and to our Team at Team Nebobarbell are unparalleled.
