At just under 3 weeks out and my bench work has been a roller coaster. I've easily pressed a weight one week and a couple of weeks later it's stapled me.  I put on a new, smaller, shirt today to see what happens.

My bench work went well today and while I haven't touched in this shirt I think it will be the one I use at the meet. I'll try and touch and press something at 1 week out and just go for it.
