*Still trying to find a night to train shoulders and arms that doesn't effect my main lifts. I think that Tuesday should work fine for shoulders because I don't do any bench movements until Friday again. Arms are still up in the air because I train deads on Wednesday. It makes me very nervous training biceps hard and then deadlifting and straining the following day.
