Today is the beginning of the second of 3 deloads during my current 17 week training block.  The first day of my deloads based on current programming is arguably less than deload-ish since I am doing both snatches and power cleans at a higher intensity than during the prior 4 weeks, but they are still relatively low intensity compared with my current maxes/training maxes and everything else is either left out or shortened.  Let the deload begin.
