NOT Heavy Upper @ BSG

My stupid left shoulder was bothering me yesterday, probably from the DUMBbell on Saturday (even though it felt fine at the time) so I modified my training today.  The stuff I did today pretty much put my shoulder back to normal with no more funk, which I think I pretty freakin awesome.

I threw in a set of curls and a set of scapular depressions between sets of back extensions to test out my shoulder and no weakness or pain.
