Well finally I have given in to my stupider side and my frustration and decided that after 10 weeks of not really doing anything I was going to start this new training cycle with my team, bad knee or no bad knee.

Now I know wht you are thinking, what a dumb ass. If you are really injured and requiring surgery why would you risk further injury. Well the answer is sort of complicated. You have to go into the mind of a meathead and understand this is not a hobby, a part time gig, or something just to do for fun, this is an intricle part of my life. It's like breathing to me. It's an intertwined fiber in my DNA that I can't live without. I have to do this. I have to overcome. I have to do what I love or remain miserable.

I'm sure that doesn't make sense to many but that is ok. I don't expect you to understand my decisions, only a fellow meathead could understand.

I don't particularly have a projected number to base percentages off of or a band size to use. So I am just kind of going off the flow of pne of my fellow lifters whose projection I did do and band size I based him to go off of. Which is a much lighter number but also something I must stick with to get my feet wet again and also to see how my body will hold up.

So here we gO, in the right direction or back to the ER....
