Well my continued stupidity continues.

I thought I would go up a quarter this week compared to last week and see how it went. I got the weight but I could tell that was all my arm wanted. I finished frustrated and aggravated but I knew I needed some more rest. I followed everything up with some light accessory work.

All of my lifters are doing exceptionally well thus far. Watching each of them progress as they do makes me very proud. I'm looking forward to this meet in March to see some big PRs hit and some more open elite totals added to what we currently have.
