Sorta Meet Training but not for a meet - Week 2 Day 4....

I just cant help myself I guess. No, my knee is not better. No I still dont know if I need surgery but I am sure I do. Im tired of sitting the sideline. I have rested long enough.

All of my sets went well. Speed felt good but honestly it just felt great to squat some pretend heavy weight. I cant thank my Team enough for all of their help and support.

Each of my Teammates did really well tonight. Im super excited about this meet coming up for them. Here is what I did tonight....
