Sorta Meet Training but not for a meet - Week 3 Day 1....

Since I felt like my elbows and forearms were about to fall off due to the last week of vigorous activities so I decided it was best not to bench today. Well, I could not have even if I wanted too....

Things with my body have not gotten better in some ways and not gotten worse either. I am doing tons of things rehab wise that are helping to a degree. It takes time and I guess thats all I have.
