Our powerlifting squad hit 5x3 speed squats with around 60% bar with 200-240lbs chains.   We worked on moving all three reps under 4.5 seconds.  Everyone did well.  They then hit some lower back movements/hamstring/midsection.  Tomorrow and Monday are big days so getting in and out was key.  Even though it is killing me not lifting with the squad it is helping me coach at a better level.  On a side note our lounge and in-house massage therapist office is close to being complete.  This will even better the facility.  We are also close to a in house supplement company (will be this company's third location) have space inside as well.  Things are moving up.
