Upper Deload

Still getting over this stupid head cold, but at least it does seem to be getting better.  I just had fun playing around with some different stuff today trying to figure out what to include or exclude from my upcoming training.

I tried to do these before the rows and something in the back of my left shoulder near my armpit (lat, teres major, teres minor, infraspinatus, etc) wasn't ready for going from 0-->230 lbs all at once, but it was fine after doing rows.  Because of this I'll be adding in band pulldowns, band external rotations, or something similar to my dynamic warmup, whichever has a more positive effect.
