For the suitcase carry I looped a band through the handle of the KB and then placed the other end of the band in the grip force handle to get some grip work done to.

I didn't squat today because just the bar made my si joint feel not so good. I figured it would be a better idea to do something else. Old dogs do learn new tricks...
