I talked to Bruce Mason last week and he was concerned that my hips may explode into a cloud of dust so I put some single-ply briefs on to make us and my hips happy. It went better than I had expected and the bar placement didn't cause any problems either. I keep trying to set it lower, but my body is fighting it and I end up moving it back up a bit as I get heavier.
Today was a good day at the gym.
