Probably some of the most intense pain I have ever felt. I forgot to take my pain meds this morning to take the edge off when I squat so there was no buffer today. At the end of every set it felt like I'd been hit in the side of the leg with a hammer. I'll be getting some work done at the end of this week to try and get some relief and I reached out to Jason Colley for some help.
