Cunha had a mishap today and tweaked his lower back so his training ended early. We were the only ones in the gym due to the eclipse so i decided to do some reps at 615 rather than going up for doubles. My IT bands are friggin' killing me and every rep hurt so I need to visit my massage lady and get some work done. It hurt enough that it was hard to get up from a seated position the remainder of the day and into the night.
I'll also likely be putting my older Ace briefs on next week.
